Further, Rule 4 and 5 of the Rules prescri bes that sensitive data and information held by a body corporate or any person on its behalf, then a privacy policy for handling of or dealing in personal information including sensitive personal data or information shall be prepared by the body corporate and it shall ensure that the same is available for view by such providers of information who has provided such information under lawful contract. Additionally, Rule 4 of the Rules states that disclosure of any personal data or information requires the prior permission of the provider of the information. It is pertinent to note that the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology, vide Press note dated 24.11.2011 has clarified that the Rules were applicable on law firms.[2] Moreover, the Bar Council of India, the statutory authority which regulates and represents the Indian bar mandates that an advocate shall not breach the obligations imposed upon him/her under Section 126 of the Indian Evidence Act. The conflict arises because the humans in the film have arrived at the home of the Navi, Pandora, and begun to exploit its resources. At first, they ignored the Navi, but their quest for resources is now taking them into direct conflict with the native peoples of Pandora. The Navi are the only humanoid residents of Pandora, which is otherwise populated by abundant flora and fauna. It is recommended for organization to have communication plan comprising of six steps and effective strategies of communication forms the basis of communication plan. Assessing current internal strategy of communication- The first step is to evaluate the current strategy used by organization for engaging employees. If strategy is not competitive enough to motivate employees to engage them, it is important to reframe strategies accordingly. Identification of metrics required for tracking and measuring engagement level- Analysis of strategy for success should be another step to developed communication. Evaluation of actual performance of strategy calls for developing metrics. It can involves employees engagement metrics such as their involvement in decision making, productivity and absenteeism. If the metrics is not suitable and does not give proper results, there can be reformulation of strategies. Building a process of approval- An approval process for reforming strategies should be planned by organization and this will help in avoiding unnecessary issues associated with engaging employees.
